Wind Assessment Survey
Detailed meteorological & topographic surveys are performed to capture wind distributions and measurements using advanced systems and technology, terrain impact, and year-round yield forecasts. In-depth study of the site’s climate characteristics covering spatial and temporal variations.
Design & Engineering
Design & Engineering is a fundamental phase in delivering turnkey wind turbine projects, enabling smooth and efficient execution. It begins with comprehensive site studies, including topographical, geotechnical, and electrical assessments to establish accurate project parameters. The process covers both basic and detailed engineering, supported by systematic document control and precise design submittals. It includes civil design works such as WTG foundations, roads, transformer bases, SVG, and BESS infrastructure, along with electrical integration through SLDs and MV/FO cable layouts. Additionally, control integration design defines the operational philosophy and system architecture, ensuring reliable and optimized turbine performance.


Procurement & Logistics
OES provides procurement and logistics services by sourcing turbines, towers, nacelles, blades, substation equipment and auxiliary systems under one supply-chain umbrella and ensuring compatibility, quality and schedule reliability. Heavy-lift cranes, transport routes, temporary facilities and tooling are also mobilised and managed by OES.
Turbine Erection & Hook Up
OES ensures that quality and safety measures are implemented with zero-tolerance during the erection of a wind turbine. Critical inspections are undertaken at every stage to ensure compliance with the different location-oriented requirements of setting up a wind project. Some of the steps followed for installation include pre-assembly, tower-lifting, nacelle mounting, blade attachment, cabling and grounding.


Testing & Commissioning
After assembly, each turbine undergoes mechanical and electrical checks, grid synchronisation, load-testing and performance validation before hand-over. Control-system validation ensure the wind-farm meets contractual output and reliability standards.
Operations & Maintenance
OES provides initial O&M support including trouble-shooting, performance optimisation and availability assurance. With certified technicians, we deliver scheduled preventive maintenance, remote monitoring, fault-analysis and parts-supply across the wind-farm lifecycle. Our asset-management systems and data-driven analytics help maximise capacity-factor, reduce downtime and protect return-on-investment.
