Previously Arabian Textile Mills Ltd has procured Gensets and chillers from OES, considering the professional work ethics and technical skill sets of OES team they chose OES to setup RO plant at their premises. We managed to supply, install and perform testing & commissioning of complete Sea Water Reverse Osmosis Plant successfully with (Sea Water RO 200,000 Imperial Gallons per Day on feed TDS of up to 12,000ppm).
Reverse osmosis is a separation technique in which pressure applied to a solution forces the solvent through a semipermeable membrane from a region of low concentration to one of high concentration, leaving behind the solutes. The membrane allows passage of small solution components, such as fresh water, while preventing passage of larger molecules, like salts and other impurities. The overall recovery of the water is about 62%. The water has been utilised in process, dying and utility purposes by the company.
