In order to develop a positive health & safety culture, where safe & healthy working becomes second nature to everyone OES arranged an On-site HSE training for its workforce. Employee training in health and safety is needed to educate employees on the workplace’s various hazards and how to manage them. Training covered how to identify workplace hazards, address and avoid them. A key benefit of health and safety training program is reducing the number of incidents in the workplace.
